Project Manager
PEI is seeking environmental project managers. The successful candidate will manage environmental projects, interface with clients, prepare proposals and assist with business development for a wide variety of environmental assessments including but not limited to Phase I/II studies, indoor air quality assessments and stream/wetland assessments.
Minimum requirements:
- BS in geology, natural resources, forestry, environmental sciences or other related field;
- Strong communication and technical writing skills; and,
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0-3 years consulting experience
- GIS/GPS experience
Wetland Scientist
PEI is seeking an experienced wetland scientist. The successful candidate will manage stream/wetland projects, interface with clients, prepare proposals and assist with business development. Project responsibilities will include completing stream and wetland delineations/determinations, communicating with the appropriate regulatory agencies, report generation, wetland permitting, etc.
Minimum requirements:
- BS in natural resources, forestry, soil science or related field
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage projects to completion
- Willingness to work outdoors
- 3+ years consulting experience
- GIS/GPS experience
Environmental Technician
PEI is seeking an environmental technician. The successful candidate will complete field tasks associated with various environmental projects and interface with clients. Project responsibilities may include collecting GPS points for wetland projects, collecting environmental samples, data gathering, report preparation, etc.
Minimum requirements:
- High school diploma
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Strong communication skills
